"Hier, nous avons eu une belle soirée de détente et malgré le mauvais temps à l'extérieur, nous avons eu du beau temps à l'intérieur.Très beau Bielle d'Excellence Rhum.le nez est fruité avec de belles épices dès le début et ensuite de l'herbe, du chocolat et du caoutchouc. La bouche est complexe et très bien équilibrée. L'ABV est magistralement intégré et on le sent à peine. La finale est de longueur moyenne et boisée avec de l'ananas et de l'herbe ainsi qu'un soupçon de caoutchouc."

"17.05.2019 Nice get together at my place with nice spread of rums. Notes Light in colour. Nose Fresh, round, fruity, light wood, faint smoke, pineapple, faint coffee. Palate Intense, round, fresh, fruity, spice, light wood, light chocolate. Finish Long and warm, fruity, light wood, spice, pineapple, light citrus, faint chocolate. Extra note. Needs to rest for a good while or the alcohol will bite."

"Il s'agit d'un set de dégustation de 2022 où nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés autour de la table. Cette version est un peu déséquilibrée parce que le volume d'alcool est un peu trop dominant, même lorsqu'il est reposé. Des fruits légers et une belle note fumée dans le profil. La touche florale du profil est également très agréable. Une meilleure intégration de l'ABV aurait poussé ce rhum encore plus haut."
