"#4087 This is a very elegant rum with very good ABV integration. After resting the rum is well rounded an has great balance in the flavours. Very light fruit and nice wood. Draws beautiful curtains and the empty glass has very light licorice notes."

"Little fruit much spice briefly summarized. In the nose raisins, rubber and something mentholiges. On the palate similar game only comes the woody part to it. Nothing spectacular ... Thanks to Adrian for sharing the sampler👍"

"#4090 This is a very nice Caroni and a smoky one indeed. In the glas it's a bit cloudy but nothing that matters. All the expected Caroni notes are there once rested, rubber, tar and smoky wood. There is a light orange note in the profile and I like that. Well balanced and good ABV integration. Draws really nice and slow curtains and the empty glass has even more smoke and fruit flavours."

"#4089 In my mind this one is better and has a bit more punch than the Alpha. Maybe it's just because I just had the Alpha, but I tried nosing and sipping the side to side and there are small differences. This one also deserves a place on my shelves and the profile is very similar to the Alpha. This one also draws really nice curtains in and I can pick up caramel in the empty glass."
