Still tar, barrel and followed by toastiness and chocolate with a mix of spices.Intense finish that lingers until the next day.In my small way, one of the best rums I have tasted. I assigned 94 because there are too many great rums that I have never tasted and may never taste."

"Zuckerrohrsaft der ‚cubana negra‘, 5-7 Tage Fermentation, dann ab in die Pot Still. Klingt recht vielversprechend. An der Nase frische, pflanzliche Noten (grüne Paprika), dazu Banane, Obstler, Zitronengras. Am Gaumen Ricola Kräuterbonbons, leicht scharf im Abgang."

"Ve vůni neurčitej náznak ovoce, možná nejak technicky zastřený jahody. V puse poštipkává na jazyku, a nechá v puse dlouhou vzpomínku, ve které sice vím, že jsem pil jamajku, ale zárověn mám pocit, že ji někdo fest vyždímal. Na mě je to po jamajsku málo intenzivní, a slabé. Na druhou stranu, za tu cenu je to víc než odpovídajíci."
