"C'est une bombe de Bielle blanc, wow.Il a besoin de se reposer pendant un certain temps parce qu'il est vraiment intense de la coulée à la finition.L'ABV est là du nez à la finition, mais pas qu'il vous brûle, c'est juste un palais très chaud et sec.Canne à sucre et de fruits sont là tout le chemin du nez à la finition. Le palais ajoute une touche sèche et poivrée et la longue finale est légèrement amère.Une très bonne surprise car je m'attendais à ce qu'elle soit plus mordante en raison de son taux d'alcool élevé.Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon."

Une mise en bouteille réussie"

"02-09.04.2022 This was crazy week, where some friends and I rented a nice summerhouse on Rømø. The plan was to go nuts for a whole week with different rums without going overboard. The final agreement came to 6 rums a day and then enjoy nice walks or ferry rides during the day. Day 6 Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Intense, light wood, fruity, light mango, pineapple, overripe, spice, light ginger. Palate Intense, warm, light wood, light nutts, fruity, banana, overripe, faint floral, spice, medium spicy. Finish Long and warm, light wood, fruity, light pineapple, ginger, medium spicy."
