"Very cool dark color😎 It‘s a nice daily driver with some lovely notes of the barrel, dried fruits and dark chocolate, some hidden notes of licorice, prunes and cinnamon. In addition i found a bitter note, which I couldn‘t assign. The alcohol is integrated very well. Allez les bleus🤪"

"Alcohol not particularly well integrated, overall somewhat artificial after rubber bananas and slightly sour. I was hoping for much more! But super tasty for cocktails and a cool idea with a zero waste background!"

"The nose is a bit sharp. Notes of toffee and coffee are most present. Some raisins and cinnamon lingers in the background. Hints of brandy as well. The palette is just as sharp as the nose. The toffee has turned into thicker treacle and the coffee is still there. It's rather sweet. Some astringency on the back end. The finish is short with some pepper and molasses. Overall, not a great overproof. Quite rough, a touch medicinal and sickly. I doubt I'll pour another."
