Nez très fermé au départ. Bois et pommes. Bouche : encore du bois de chêne (chêne américain/pin). Bourbon. Poire... beaucoup de poire. Quelques pêches mûres également. Une belle douceur. Sec et amer. Le fût est très dominant, mais ce n'est pas grave. Ce vin a besoin d'un peu de temps dans le verre. J'aime l'équilibre entre la douceur, les fruits et la barrique. Un peu de poivre ou de gingembre. Savoureux. Probablement l'un des meilleurs Beenleighs que j'ai dégustés.

Un rhum étonnant, surtout au nez. Ample et profond, avec de l’orange et du cuir. La bouche est tout à fait cohérente avec le nez, un peu plus boisée. La finition au vin jaune se sent un peu sans pour autant prendre le dessus. Une découverte !

Un vin australien étonnamment délicieux et très complexe malgré son jeune âge. Je me demande d'où vient cette légère acidité sucrée et citronnée ! Beau mélange de beaucoup de fruits tropicaux, de gingembre fort confit, de thé glacé à la pêche florale, d'eucalyptus, de bonbons au caramel, de poire et de cacao ainsi que de pommes au four, de pain à la banane et de notes astringentes intenses de tonneau. Longue finale, c'est un vrai plaisir ! J'adore!🤤😁

Meilleure critique de cigares :

Un nez sur les fruits secs, de la corde végétale, les épices, un côté pâtissier et un léger caoutchouc. Je ne retrouve pas la complexité du nez en bouche, l’alcool prend vite le dessus. Mais on sent aussi les fruits jaunes, la corde végétale et toujours un petit côté pâtisserie, surtout en finale qui est longue sur un mélange de boisé et de corde végétale un peu maigre.
