Sherry spürbar aber nicht zu dominant. arrack gibt schön den Ton an und das ganze einfach nur extrem smooth und funky!🤤 als würde man gebratenen Speck in Schokolade und Rosinen mit orientalischen Gewürzen wälzen... Hammer. Insbesondere Safran, grüne Paprika, Rosenwasser, Mandarinenschale und Kardamom sind dominant je öfter ich ihn probiere. Bin froh ne 2. Flasche zu haben. Außergewöhnlicher Stoff!"

"Very different to the CDI Indonesia 10y. Intense & floral after red pepper, bitter-sour papaya, ginger, turmeric, rose & lemongrass. Some lychee, some pear, plus intense notes of mainly green but also some red bell pepper and chili. Turmeric ginger tea lingers in the finish along with a slight acidity. Take your time with this one and try it over 2 days. I'm very happy to have a bottle, now I just need the 10y old one again🤣"
