"Dans l'ensemble, c'est un rhum tout à fait correct et nettement meilleur que le "Reserve Select Barrel". Je l'ai goûté au Stockholm Beer & Spirits Fair 2023. Ce rhum louisianais de Bayou est un rhum de mélasse. La canne à sucre a poussé dans les sols autour du delta du Mississippi. Après fermentation, il est distillé dans un alambic en cuivre, puis vieilli dans d'anciens fûts de bourbon pendant une période pouvant aller jusqu'à cinq ans, selon la méthode Solera."

"I use this rum for baking. I put raisins into a cup and drow. Them in this rum. Then I add the raisins and leftover rum when preparing the dough. Just tried to add the rum to my run for chicken wings, that works as a charm as well 😋"

"Exciting, fruity rum with lots of wood. The red wine barrel comes through very well. As well as tannins and vanilla. I assume that the red wine barrel is American white oak. A little sweet"
