"Je viens d'avoir une bouteille avec une très bonne remise. Un des avantages d'être un grand collectionneur privé. Je viens de la goûter à nouveau. Le nez est vraiment agréable et il est présent dès le versement, il ne fait que chatouiller votre nez de loin. Il commence très fruité avec une dominante orange/citron. Puis il descend vers le bois et la fumée. Le palais est étonnamment chaud, mais c'est une déception parce que les saveurs sont mélangées et je pense que celui-ci aurait bénéficié d'un degré plus élevé. La finale est de longueur moyenne et boisée/fruitée."

"Si vous aimez Bellevue, c'est l'un des meilleurs. Le rapport qualité/prix était excellent lors de la libération. Le nez est intense et fruité avec des notes de bois, de cannelle, de miel et d'herbes après un repos de plus de 15 minutes. La bouche est à la fois intense, complexe et bien équilibrée avec des notes de fruits, de miel et de cuir avec de légères notes confites, de chocolat et d'herbes. La finale est extrêmement longue avec des notes de fruits secs, de bois, de cuir, de miel et d'herbes. Laissez le verre vide pendant quelques heures et reniflez-le à nouveau pour profiter pleinement de l'expérience."

"Cette Agricole, de la distillerie Bellevue, distillée en 2009 a été vieillie pendant un minimum de 7 ans dans d'anciens fûts de bourbon en chêne américain avant d'être réduite à 42% d'alcool et mise en bouteille. L'année 2009 est réputée avoir donné une récolte de canne riche en sucre en Guadeloupe.dans l'ensemble une Agricole très ronde, peut-être trop ronde. Il aurait été intéressant de goûter son frère à 66,9% d'ABV également vieilli pendant 7 ans et de 2009."

Pour un processus de vieillissement court, la sensation en bouche est plutôt sèche et les notes végétales de l'Agricole deviennent vraiment des notes de paille comme du gras séché. Mais il s'agit d'une itération incroyablement agréable qui, pour son prix, est vraiment digne d'intérêt."
