Spices are on the prime with this one. Not the typicak ,,sweet spiced rum,, but rather a classic rum with really spicy taste sort of pinches you in the toungue and nose. Not bad but not great either. Retaste: I am not fond of this one. Feels a lottle diluted and overly spicy.

Je ne suis pas un grand fan des Ron de style espagnol, mais j'aime la série Rare Proof de Malecon.Je crois que cela dépend du goût riche et que la douceur est très bien équilibrée avec l'ABV assez élevé.Celui-ci n'est pas le meilleur d'entre eux, mais certainement un très bon quand même.

Bien qu'il soit court en bouche, c'est toujours un très bon rhum. J'ai toutes les versions sur mon étagère et celle-ci est la plus récente. C'est un rhum léger et bien équilibré avec une touche de chêne et de vanille. En arrière-plan, je trouve des notes de noix et de tabac.

A retasting dropped som points. ----( We had a private tasting with a Malecon representative yesterday and had a great evening. This is a lovely rum and the finish is lightly dry and bitter in a good way so I think this one could be a hit with whisky lovers.
