"Interesting rum mainly because I found it an unusual Jamaican because of some of the fruity notes. As the mere novice that I am, at a blind tasting, I would have mistaken it for an agricultural. Very light toastiness. Medium-long finish with a prevalence of lychee."

"This Pot Still rum is a blend of rums that’s consisting of unaged rum as well as rum aged for up to 3 years. Overall it’s a great high esters, funky and well balanced rum with heavy flavors. The nose is fresh and fruity. At palate it’s quite heavy, funky and oaky."

"Like the 2006 Forsyths it does not disappoint expectations. Compared to its predecessor this has more presence of ester/solvent notes and seems less toasty...by a little. On the pineapple finish. A very satisfying tasting rum that I would never stop drinking."

"This is a pure pot stills rum consisting of a blend of WPEL, WPL and WPE rum from the Worthy Park distillery. The finish is just medium long and shorter than for the other white Jamaican Overproof’s. Overall it’s also the most pungent of the big Jamaican three."

"Overall an OK Jamaican rum but that lacks the expected funkiness, probably because of the low ABV. I tasted it at the 1423 stand during the Stockholm Beer & Spirits Fair 2023. This Jamaican rum is a blend of copper pot distilled molasses based rums that have been aged between 4 and 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels."

"This is a retaste and I stick to my score. Pretty good rum from Habitation. The nose is wonderfully fruity with the typical funk, ester and glue and maybe some varnish/polish in the back. The palate is complex and well balanced, again with a nice funk and lots of fruits. A bit dry with wood and wet hay. The finish is long and fruity with a tad of funk and wood."

Palate Fresh, light, light oily, honey, light medicinal, faint herbs, dried fruit, light herbs. Finish Medium long, light, fruity, light roasted wood, naturally sweet, light herbs, raisin, faint banana."

"The nose promises here clearly more than the rum can offer on the palate. There I find him on a high level. Something raspberry syrup I perceive. Very broad fruity aroma profile. Great. Not much left of it on the palate, unfortunately. It seems but strongly diluted and little coherent."
