Interessant, aber auf irgendeine Art auch merkwürdig. Das Profil hatte ich bisher nicht im Glas. Ester, Unterschiedliche Früchte und Gewürze wechseln sich ab. Leider schwingt dauerhaft etwas künstliches mit.
Ein recht merkwürdiger Rum. An der Nase werde ich fast ausschließlich von Vanillin erschlagen…aks wenn ich meine Nase direkt in Vanilin-Backpulver stecken hätte. Angangs waren noch minimal erwas Ester, Wachs und Honig erkennbar… Am Gaumen zuerst schwere Süße und Vanille, der dann rasch eine künstliche Note folgt. Etwas Tannine und später Passionsfrucht sind ebenfalls zu spüren. Der Abgang ist bitter, kräuterig und leicht künstlich.
Auto-translatedOhje was ist den das nur? Irgendwie riecht und schmeckt das, als hätte man aus Mamas Backkiste Vanillezucker mit ein bißchen Wasser und Alkohl vermischt. Insgesamt gesehen nicht so der Burner, zum Backen bestimmt nicht schlecht, aber zum trinken nicht.
