"29.09.2023 C'est un vin non vieilli agréable et intense. J'ai essayé celui-ci à un énorme 83% où il est encore meilleur à mon avis. Intense et fruité avec des notes florales et terreuses. La bouche est huileuse et épicée avec des notes fruitées et herbacées. La finale est très longue et chaude avec quelques agrumes. Le verre dessine de beaux et épais rideaux. Le verre vide est frais et présente un peu d'iode et de menthe très légère."

"04-05.11.2022 Den Danske Rom & Whiskyfestival 2022. Another return to this big event where many people go to get drunk. Once again we had a special event for a select set of people. Notes. Not a bad rum with nice fruits once rested for a good while. If you don't rest it it'll bite you. Smoky/roasted wood with a herbal touch. Very long and warm finish."

"14.12.2023 Je le déguste à nouveau et c'est toujours un vin extraordinaire. La bouteille est presque vide, mais elle a conservé sa saveur et son équilibre. J'aimerais en avoir un sur mon étagère mais c'est un peu cher ☺️ ------------- Il s'agit d'un excellent rhum ayant séjourné longtemps en fût. Malgré l'âge, le bois ne domine pas trop et cela en fait un rhum très bien équilibré. Le nez est légèrement fruité, avec des notes de sucre brun et de caramel clair dès le départ. Après avoir reposé, vous obtenez du bois grillé et de légères notes de café. La bouche est très bien équilibrée, huileuse et continue là où le nez s'est arrêté. Fruité avec du caramel à l'avant, suivi de noix, de chocolat, d'une merveilleuse cassonade et de bois grillé. La finale est moyenne à longue, avec des épices, du bois, du cacao et des raisins secs. Une légère touche salée est présente en fin de bouche."
